Welcome to The Heritage home – we’re happy to have you here! This is a peaceful and private 3BHK home, perfect for a family trip or work visit. The house is spacious (11,000 sq. ft. plot area, 3000 sq ft Built up area) and fully yours during the stay. Enjoy a small vegetable farm, a cozy sitting area outside, and lots of open space to relax or play. It’s a great spot to gather with cousins or friends, enjoy outdoor games, or even have a picnic. You can easily order food or groceries from Swiggy and Instamart.

Tranquil stay! Away from traffic yet very close to the city. Best connectivity to Dhule–Solapur highway and Samruddhi Mahamarg, with easy access to Ellora Caves without entering city traffic. The home is in a newly developing Cidco neighborhood, offering peace and open surroundings. Security systems are well placed, so you can enjoy both calm and comfort.

2. Strictly Vegetarian Property
This is a pure vegetarian space.
Non-vegetarian food, including eggs, is not permitted on the premises.
 
3. Alcohol-Free Environment
Consumption or storage of alcohol is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property.
 
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.
 
5. Gatherings & Functions
Events may be hosted only with prior approval and are subject to additional charges.
