This 1BHK unit is a fully private and independent section of Shivprem Homestay, suitable for up to 5 guests. It includes one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, a study table, and clean, comfortable bedding. The adjoining living room features two single beds, a dining table, a wall-mounted television, air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for both families and working professionals.
The unit also includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and basic utensils—perfect for guests who prefer to cook light meals during their stay. A modern western-style bathroom with a geyser, shower, jet spray, and commode is attached for exclusive use by guests occupying this unit. Clean towels, toiletries, and extra pillows or blankets are provided as needed.
This 1BHK unit is offered as one complete space—rooms are not rented individually. For larger groups (more than 5 guests), we offer access to additional rooms and a second bathroom in the same homestay. The unit is part of a peaceful, newly constructed bungalow located at a prime location in Ratnagiri with close proximity to Maruti Mandir, local beaches, Thiba Palace, and highways connecting to Ganpatipule and Pawas.
