- Maximum Occupancy
- The villa accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior approval.
- Noise & Quiet Hours
- Please respect the neighbors.

- No loud music or parties unless pre-approved.
- Cleanliness
- Keep the villa clean and tidy.
- Dispose of garbage in the designated bins.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Use ashtrays provided.
- Pets
