1. Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-out Time: 1100 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
2. Booking Policy
Bookings will be confirmed only after full/partial advance payment.
Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
For group bookings, a group leader must submit ID copies of all members.
3. Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled 7 days before the check-in date.
50% refund if cancelled between 3 to 6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before check-in or no-show.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
Bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
5. Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children below 5 years stay free (without extra bed).
