Mayurangan – Accommodation Policies
Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Booking & Payment:
- Full payment or a booking deposit is required to confirm reservations.
- We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash payments.
- Rates are subject to availability and may vary on weekends and holidays.
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: No refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Guest Rules:
- Valid government ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Outside food and alcohol are not allowed in the resort premises.
- Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; the resort is not liable for any loss or damage.
Children & Extra Beds:
- Children below 5 years stay free (without an extra bed).
- Extra beds/mattresses are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed at the resort.
Safety & Security:
- Bonfires and outdoor cooking are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Guests must follow all resort safety guidelines, especially near hilly or restricted areas.
