Policy
RESERVATION
- Confirmation on a “first come first serve” basis.
- Accommodation will be kept reserved for the period for which the advance is deposited or till the cancellation request is received and approved. Failing this the reservation will be treated as cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION- Cancellation of booking and refund of advance deposits, if any shall be finalized with the reservation authority to whom advance is made.
- When information is received and approved by the concerned Manager of Maharashtra Glamping Fest, before the scheduled date of arrival for which the reservation is made, the refund will be made as follows:
- Before 7 days from the date of reservation total booking amount will be refunded.
- Within 7 days but before 48 hours from the date of reservation 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 48 hours from the date of reservation the total booking amount will be forfeited.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS- All persons are requested to produce photo ID proof (Voter ID card, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Passport or any other photo ID proof issued by Central or State Govt.) at the time of check in.
- Senior citizens, Students, Physically Handicapped Persons are entitled to bring the same ID proof which you have given at the time of booking for verification at the counter.
- Age limit for children to be accommodated in a room without any extra charges is 0-6 years. Children above this age will require an extra mattress which will be charged as on cost.
- Visitors are liable to abide by the rules of the Management of Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation.
- When one decides to vacate the accommodation earlier, no refund is permissible for the remaining days of non-occupation from the entire confirmed paid and period of reservation.
- Disputes and / or difference of opinion regarding the application / interpretation of these and / or other rules, in vogue, in hotels will be referred to the sole arbitration of the Managing Director of the Corporation and his decision will be final and binding.
- In case of litigation only Maharashtra courts will have the jurisdiction.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may not get implemented on certain days. There are no refunds applicable for the same.
