Hotel Manas – Accommodation Policies
Welcome to Hotel Manas, Dhule. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following accommodation policies.

1. Check-in & Check-out
•Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
•Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
•Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment
•A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is required at check-in for all guests.
•All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card or advance payment.
•Payment can be made via cash, UPI, card, or approved digital wallets.

3. Cancellation & Refund
•Standard Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
•Late Cancellation/No Show: One night’s tariff will be charged.
•Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Guest Conduct
•Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid activities that disturb others.
•Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public indoor areas. A fine may apply for violations.
•Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with local laws.

5. Occupancy
•Maximum occupancy per room is based on the room category.
•Extra guests (above standard occupancy) will be charged accordingly. Children below 6 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents.

6. Visitors
•Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior approval from reception.
•Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted.

7. Pets
•Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, except for certified service animals with prior notification.

8. Liability
•The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not deposited in the hotel’s safe.
•Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.

9. Housekeeping & Room Service
•Housekeeping services are available daily.
•Room service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

10. COVID-19 & Health Safety
•Guests are requested to follow health and safety guidelines issued by local authorities.
•Temperature checks and sanitization protocols may be in place during check-in.
