Check in time 01:00 PM and Check-out time 11:00 AM.
1. Please pay the balance amount at the time of check-in.
2. *Refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is to be paid at the villa at the time of check-in with the balance amount. Any damages/nuisance done to the property during your stay will be charged from the security deposit.
3. Please carry the original ID card of the guests.
4. No amount will be refunded against cancellation of booking.
5. Extra guest charges will be extra Rs.2000 per person per night.
6. Swimming Pool and Bluetooth speakers are not allowed to operate after 10:00 PM.
7. Please switch off ACs, Geysers and other electric equipments when not required.
8. Unaccounted guests are not welcome. Please let us know the head count of guests in prior and respect the capacity of the villa.
9. Our caretakers are considered as a part of villas family. Their well-being is of absolute paramount importance to us and they deserve the utmost respect. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards them.
10. Management staff of the villa will not be responsible for any kind of mishap/accidents, if any occurred during the stay of guests.
11. Power Outage by MSEB is not in the hands of management staff. We provide generator backup.
12. Usage of kitchen is strictly not allowed. Outside food is not allowed. We provide our in-house vegetarian/ Non-vegetarian food on made to order basis and we have separate vegetarian /non-vegetarian kitchen.
13. Check-in and the Check-out timings are to be followed strictly.
14. Substance abuse of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any such activities will be reported to the local authorities.
15. We suggest you to keep windows/doors shut in the evenings to minimize mosquito nuisance unwanted insects.
16. All the furniture and artefacts are personal and beloved possessions of the home owner. Please treat them with love and respect as you would do in your home.
