1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit
● Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in advance.
● Deposit of Rs. 5000/- to be paid at the time of Check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
● Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 5 days before the check-in date will
be eligible for a 50% refund.
● Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will be
non-refundable.
● No Show: In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, and
no refund will be given.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy
● Check-In Time: 12 noon
● Check-Out Time: 11am
● Note: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur
additional charges.
4. Guest Identification & Registration
● All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification
and registration will be done at check-in.
● Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.
● Allergies / Medical History & Emergency contact numbers to be mentioned
during registration.
5. Room Occupancy and Number of Guests
● Room rates are based on 2 adults + 2 Kids (below 8 years age) per room.
● Additional 1 adult can be accommodated at extra charges of Rs.1000/- per room
per night.
● No more than 3 adult people are allowed in each room.
● Room rates are exclusive of Food charges.

6. Payment Policy
● Accepted payment methods include IMPS / UPI / Cash.
● All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees.
7. Damage to Property
● Guests / Organizers will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
property, furniture, fittings, assets and natural habitat, Soiled or damaged
Bedsheets & pillow covers with mud, make-up or any other way caused by
themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
● The security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be refunded only at check-out, subject to a
room inspection for the same.
8. Non-Smoking / Non-Alcohol, and No Pets Policy
● This is a non-smoking / non-alcohol premise. Any violation will result in a
cleaning fee to be paid extra.
● No pets are allowed on the premises.
● Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of illegal activity in resort
premises. Resort management will not be responsible in case of any illegal /
immoral / unlawful activities done by the guests/ organizers. Any guest found to
be participating in unlawful actions will be held fully and solely responsible for the
same and will be subject to immediate legal action, which may include reporting
to the relevant authorities and removal from the premises. The resort reserves
the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and pursue any measures
deemed necessary to ensure compliance with legal standards.
9. Personal Belongings
● The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items
left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
10. Special Requests
● Special requests such as extra mattress, early check-in, and late check-out are
subject to availability and additional charges.
● In-case of emergencies, staff / management can be contacted for help.
● Please notify the management at the time of booking for any special needs.

11. Privacy Policy
● All guest information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and
will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Force Majeure
● The management / staff shall not be liable for any failure to provide services or
fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as
power failure, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Right to Refuse Admission
● The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears
intoxicated, disruptive, or fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
