Accommodation Policies for Agri-Tourism
1. Introduction
These policies outline the accommodation guidelines for guests visiting our Agri tourism Farm. They aim to ensure a comfortable, safe, and eco-friendly experience while preserving the rural environment.
2. Booking & Reservation

Reservations must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or designated booking partners.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable upon arrival.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

Walk-in guests will be accommodated based on availability.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 10:00 AM

Check-out time: 09:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Accommodation Facilities & Farm Rules

Guests are expected to respect farm activities, animals and the surrounding environment

Pets are allowed

Guests should maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste responsibly.

Use of loud music and disruptive behavior is not permitted.
- Use water judiciously as Palshiwadi village is a drought prone area. Every drop of water is precious
5. Meals & Dining

Meals served are pure vegetarian

Meals are prepared using locally sourced farm produce.

Complimentary breakfast is served between 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM.

Guests with dietary restrictions must inform management at least 24 hours in advance.

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited
6. Safety & Security

Guests must follow safety instructions during farm activities.

Fire safety measures must be adhered to, and open flames (bonfires, candles) are allowed only in designated areas.

Management is not responsible for the loss of valuables
7. Environmental Responsibility

Guests are encouraged to use water and electricity conservatively.

Any damage to property or nature due to negligence will be charged to the guest.
8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

The management shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by farm activities.

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; legal matters will be handled per local jurisdiction.
