House Rules
1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 10am.
2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6am to ensure all guests have a peaceful stay.
No Party Policy
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests, we have a strict no-party policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting parties or gatherings
- Playing loud music or causing disturbance
- Consuming excessive alcohol or engaging in rowdy behavior
- Any other activity that may disturb or disrupt other guests
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- Immediate eviction from the premises
- Forfeiture of security deposit
- Additional charges for any damages or disturbance caused
- Reporting of incident to local authorities if necessary
Respect for Others
Cleanliness & Maintenance
1. Room Cleaning: Rooms will be cleaned by our housekeeping staff.
2. Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated bins.
3. Maintenance Requests: Please report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
Safety & Security
1. Key Card: Guests will receive a key card, which must be returned upon check-out.
2. Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, please contact Saket Mankar 9921515431.
3. Fire Safety: Familiarize yourself with fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
Amenities
1. Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.
2. Laundry: Laundry facilities are available at extra costs .
3. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and utensils.Wash all utensils after each use.
Payment & Cancellation
1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon check-in.
Miscellaneous
1. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited within the premises.
2. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
3. Respect for Others: Please respect fellow guests and staff.
Damage Policy
Guests are liable for any damages or losses caused to the apartment, its contents, or common areas. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Breakage or damage to furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Damage to walls, floors, or ceilings
- Loss or damage to keys, key cards, or access devices
- Any other damage or loss caused by negligence or intentional act
Procedure for Reporting Damages
If you cause any damage or notice any existing damage, please report it to our management immediately. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges.
Charges for Damages
Guests will be charged for any damages or losses caused. The charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, plus any additional administrative fees.
By staying at our service apartment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these house rules & this damage policy.
