The following listed statements are the Terms and Conditions governing your stay at the Property. At all times, the Owners of the Property (Mr. Pathare) and the management team will be the point of contact for any queries, emergencies or information during your stay with us.

We have tried to explain clearly our policies to the Guests – and trust that the Guests accompanying me, understand and accept all the points and agree to them completely.

RESPONSIBLE STAYS
• We believe in responsible stays. Our aim is to preserve the property and nature.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Music allowed only until 10:00 pm.
• Substance(s) or any unlawful activities strictly prohibited.
• Please do no move or carry furniture around.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests will be required to pay a refundable deposit on arrival. This deposit will be counted towards any damages, if any. The deposit will be refunded on completion of the property inspection post check-out.
DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED
All guests are required to provide their valid ID proofs for check-in. In case any guest violates police or government norms, Pathare Farms can evict the guests on an immediate basis.
For foreign nationals, Passport + Visa + PAN is mandatory. With passport, the guest should provide a copy for the same. These will be submitted to the relevant authorities if needed. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all documents are correct and valid. We shall not be responsible for any inconvenience due to an ID proof, misplacement etc.
USE OF AMENITIES
a. Pool
• Guests are prohibited from diving/ running into the pool.
• Food, drinks, glass and breakable items are strictly prohibited in and around the pool.
• Do not enter the pool if intoxicated.
• Use of appropriate swimwear is mandatory. Please shower before entering the pool.
• Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty nor any floats provided. Use of the pool is entirely at the risk of the Guests.
• Children under 15years are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
b. Lawns and Surroundings
• Guests are prohibited from carrying flammable items or setting up bonfires on the lawns. Action may be taken against those who do so, including asking the Guests to vacate the property immediately, without any refund/compensation.
• Given that the Property is located in a semi-rural setting, there is always the rare possibility of poisonous or dangerous animals or insects being around. Guests are advised caution at all times.
c. Pets are not allowed in the house.
INJURIES AND EVACUATION
Pathare Farms the Home Owner(s) will not be liable for any injury /health conditions / emotional or other conditions suffered by the Guest during the stay. Whilst all our properties are equipped with a standard, basic first-aid kit, guests are required to carry their specific medications. Similarly, our package cost does not include any personal insurance.
SERVICES MISSED OR UNUSED
In case of medical or emergency incidents ie sickness, death of a family member, etc, every case shall be treated individually. Pathare Farms the Home Owner(s) shall retain the right to arbitrate and defend in a court of law.
THEFT DURING STAY
Pathare Farms the Home Owner(s) will not be responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings during the stay. Guests must be responsible for their own belongings.
DISPUTES
The terms referred to this document are the final points of reference in case of any dispute.
