• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

• Cancellation made 72 hours before check-in – 80% refund.
• Cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in – No refund.
• In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

4️⃣ Occupancy Policy
• Each room accommodates 2 adults + 1 child (below 10 years) comfortably.
• Extra bedding can be provided at additional cost (subject to availability).
• Valid ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving License) is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in.

• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or indoor common areas.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Guests are requested to maintain silence after 10:00 PM.
• Please handle all resort property with care; any damage will be chargeable.

• Rooms are cleaned daily on request.
• Kindly dispose of waste in designated bins and help us maintain the natural environment.
