Agro-Tourism Accommodation Policy
1. Booking and Payment Reservations must be made in advance. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is due on the day of checkout. Accepted payment methods: Upi, cash.
2. Check-In : 10 Check-Out: 11Â Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
4. Guest Responsibilities Respect the farm animals. Follow farm rules and operations. Do not enter restricted areas or disturb livestock without supervision. Children must be supervised at all times. No littering—help us keep the environment clean.
5. Safety and Liability Guests participate in farm activities at their own risk. The farm is not liable for injuries due to negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Emergency contacts and first-aid information are provided in each accommodation.
6. House Rules Quiet hours. 10:00pm to 7:00am. No smoking in the entire campus Pets are not allowed Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the entire campus
7. Meals and Food Guests can access farm-to-table meals, kitchen use only for veg food Inform us of dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
8. Environmental Practices We encourage sustainable practices: use of compost, recycling, and water conservation.
9. Damage and Loss Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay. Lost or damaged items may incur charges.
10. Privacy and Conduct Respect the privacy of other guests and staff. Disorderly conduct may result in eviction without a refund.
