1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 7. 00 am onwards
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking & Payment
- Advance booking is required to confirm accommodation.
- A 50% advance payment is necessary at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be cleared upon check-in.
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
- Date changes are allowed based on availability but may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect the peaceful, rural ambiance of Swagrama Community.
- Loud music, disruptive behavior, or any activities disturbing other guests are prohibited.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly not allowed on the premises.
5. Food & Dining
- Only pure vegetarian, traditional Marathi cuisine is served.
- Outside food and non-vegetarian items are not permitted.
- Meals are served at fixed times; requests for special meals should be informed in advance.
6. Accommodation Guidelines
- Rooms and cottages are allocated as per booking priority.
- Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in.
- Housekeeping services are available daily; guests are requested to maintain cleanliness.
7. Environmental Responsibility
- As part of our eco-friendly approach, guests are encouraged to minimize waste and use resources responsibly.
- Use of plastic is discouraged; we promote sustainable alternatives.
8. Safety & Security
- The premises are monitored for security, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage to property due to guest negligence will be chargeable.
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted in advance.
9. Special Requests & Customization
- We offer customized stay options for wedding guests, corporate retreats, and family gatherings.
- Additional services like cultural performances, guided farm tours, and traditional Maharashtrian rituals can be arranged upon request.
